My first house design. This is a modern Two-story 4 bedroom's 4 and a half bathrooms.This home featurs a two-story foyer a garge that leads in to a mud room.downstairs features a living space that leads out on to the porch, kitchen dining area, washroom, master bedroom with en-suit,study. Upstairs features an indoor balcony 3 bedrooms two of the bed rooms upstairs both have en-suit bathrooms. Their is a recreation room thatyou can play games in have a drink at the bar the recreation room leads out onto the outdoor balcony that leads you down to the outdoor pool.I own all DLC'S and Expansions.To have the house show up in game like mine you must own all DLC'S and Expansions This home has been tested in game and works fine No CC was used in the creation.
