Casbah Art Gallery 1.0.0

This is a redo of a build by Izzinka from the sims 4 gallery, but I made a lot of changes inside and out. The lot has an art room , theater room on top floor and bar/ coffee sitting area. It tagged me for cc but no CC on lot.
