This is my Moder Luxury Mansion, version 1. Its kind of middle-big in size, and costs over a 100 000 simoleons.

To install, you have 2 options:

1. Use Tray Importer to import it into your gallery

2. Open the ZIP file and put the content of it to: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray
