  2. @Burinis For security reason the feature was removed, but you can still access the Downloads section on our site.

    S4TI - 1.25.3.0 - (12 mars) - Mac

@lingsauce4 Since the library and your CCs are loading, the path to your Saves is good. But the path to the game is also needed, mainly to find overrides and loading translations. This happens when the game location is not the default one or if it's custom version. You can open Tray Importer > App Reports to confirm that there is an error with one of the paths.

    [Application]Sims 4 Tray Importer

@Junojunojuno Try to resave your sims in the Library, the game only saves them once before you start playing with them. Loading sims from Saves is not yet supported.

Since only the installer triggers the warning, this may be a solution.

Hello @midnightstarr, Make sure the version in the title bar says 1.25.3.6, this is the latest version. Launching S4TI in safe mode doe not reset the error, click Continue and the message will go away on the next launch. If you have an older version, try with a newer version. If you have the latest version, then I could have missed the part where that CC is stored. - If you know where to find the CC, I can try to replicate the problem

    S4TI - 1.25.3.0 - (12 mars) - Mac

Hello @Unique, Depending on the number of CC you have in your Mods folder it can take a while. - How much CCs in your Mods folder? - How long did you wait? - Does it happen every time? Open the App Reports from the Tray Importer menu next to the Apple logo. Opening the launcher with Terminal will display some debugging info. - Right-click the TrayImporterEtoApp.Mac.app - In the menu, click Open package - Navigate to Contents/MacOS - Right-click on S4TI_launcherMac - In the menu, click Open with > Terminal

    S4TI - 1.25.3.0 - (12 mars) - Mac

@EJ30 You have downloaded the Windows version, try with the version in the first post. S4TI is the short name for Sims 4 Tray Importer.

If I remember the message will vanish after a few minute. Make sure the chmod didn't return any error message. Try to open the app by double-clicking on the app while pressing the Cmd (⌘) key. or While holding the Cmd (⌘) key, right-click on the app then click Open. This should bring the message in the security section. If this doesn't work, start over: Delete the app Extract the app from the zip archive or use the installer Apply the chmod Open the app

    S4TI - 1.25.3.0 - (12 mars) - Mac

Hello @lingsauce4, From what I've seen on google, the option should appear between "Allow applications from" and "FileVault". The message should appear after the chmod was applied and tried to open the app.
  11. Hello @KatSim, Make sure you have the latest version from here S4TI - 1.25.3.0 - (12 mars) - Mac and follow the instructions provided in the post. The download is just a normal zip file, no additional app needed, just double-click to extract then locate the extracted app. You should still be able to request a refund for the unnecessary app.

    S4TI - 1.25.3.0 - (12 mars) - Mac

The Oops! error is just the title, the important part is bellow. If you have the exact same message which says "Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow", that just means you are still running an older version. Make sure Tray Importer doesn't appear in the Dock. Download the update posted in the first message of this thread. Don't forget to install .NET Runtime too. Remove the old version then install (unzip) the new version. Or Use the installer which should update the previous version and you won't need to apply the chmod if it was applied successfully on the old version. Apply chmod if needed Launch S4TI

    last modified dates don't update

When you preview a content from your library, the date is displayed in the description. But I think you are talking about your Saves, S4TI currently only supports the library. The support for Saves is coming but I don't have release date yet.

    last modified dates don't update

@boyafraid Does the game show the same date in the description?

    last modified dates don't update

Hello @boyafraid, The date displayed is the internal date defined inside the file, the one read by the game. The date displayed in Finder may differ from the internal date. Even resaving the file from the game did not work? Have you tried to restart S4TI? It should auto refresh when you leave the Window, but this may not work as great on macOS.
  20. @vsims26 I've merged your post in the appropriate thread. See answers above for a solution.

    S4TI - 1.25.3.0 - (12 mars) - Mac

This feature was disabled because it needs a major update due to the migration to .NET Core Runtime.
  25. @cruxsims @felixffelicious Just update, see the link above.
