[Application]Sims 4 Tray Importer

When I try to view the packs an household or build includes, it says its only base game (i know its not) and then if i click on the packs, it gives this error. Happens with 23.3, 23.7, and 23.8. I have a feeling it has something to do with my computer/drivers but I can't tell what the problem is...

Forgot to mention, but it happens with every sim household and build, regardless of if there is cc or not.

Anybody else having serious issues trying to change both pictures on a Sim since the Lovestruck update? Im getting random success, sometimes one will change, sometimes 2 appear to change, but then magically revert back to the default EA one. Ive tried re-saving the sim but it makes no difference. My CC is a mess with all the tries I've had to replace both pictures

Seen a thread on Reddit where others are having issues also

Tray importer not loading cc. It just load forever...not showing anything. All my settings are good. This happened recently. Before that,when I try to find cc in folder, it just take me on drive where electronic art folder is stored, not in mods folder. So I am wondering if anyone had the same issues? And how did you solved it?

Lorsque j'essaie de cliquer sur des foyers car j'aimerais les enlever de ma galerie, ça m'affiche le message suivant (voir capture d'écran), cela ne me le fait pas avec les maisons ou les pièces.

First and foremost, thank you for this tray importer! It is so useful and greatly appreciated.

 

Unfortunately, the tray importer is currently broken. When I navigate to a household to try to look at the used CC, it gives me this error message:

Trust me, you're not the only one. I got this same exact message an hour after the update. The new game update REALLY broke several TS4 related programs including Importer and even Sims4Studio! From what I've seen, it looks like Importer is being worked on, but we don't have an estimated update completion date yet. Could be a week, could be two, who knows.

It takes for something u take for granted to break so that u can appreciate it. It seems this modder has made something thats absolutely necessary to simmers that want to mod their games and I cant live without it. Im not here to complain. Im here to appreciate. I could be wrong, but I was on Discord when I thought that I read that Sims 4 Tray Importer was updated. I downloaded it on this site. 

 

I did download it and the first issue was that it was asking me for an update. I did go back to the page, but I couldn't find where the update is. All I see is the download button.

 

Nonetheless, I too have the same issues as everyone. I'm on Windows. And I would like this fixed because this is the only software that does find broken CCs.

Hello @Nykia,
If you get the Arithmetic error, I think you are still on the old version.
Look at the main form titlebar, the version is written as follow: v1.{Year}.{Month}
You should see v1.25.3.1
 

If your have the Safe Mode warning, the error is something else.
