CC not showing up in Sims 4 Tray Importer

Then you get this dialog where you change the paths:

If something is wrong you will see some boxes with a red border.

 

If you are not sure, click App Reports at bottom of the dialog, then post the result.

Open File>Settings.

To change the default paths, uncheck Auto Detect.

If you don't know where the game is installed, click on Find.

How much CC do you have?

 

Make sure you save them in your library, S4TI doesn't work with the gallery.

 

Just as in my previous post above, try the Export option then open the CC Files tab.

If your CCs show up but still fail on the main screen, that means the same bug apply to the Mac version.

 

Additionally, you can observe the time it takes before the spinning wheel cursor stops.

If it's ~5min this is definitely the same bug as above.

I have a lot of CC. I rarely save things to the gallery, everything I'm looking for is definitely in the gallery. None of the households or sims that I have saved with CC are showing up. When I try the Export option then open the CC files, Sims I have downloaded and saved from the gallery to my library that were created (by someone else) with CC are showing up. And the CC files are showing up when I tried the Export option and opened the CC files. Does that mean it's a bug?

Hello @SlowWhineSimmer,

 

Your households doesn't appear in the library at all or they just fail to display the CCs?

 

If it's the former, I don't see why your own households wouldn't show while the downloaded ones work.

 

If it's the latter, then yes it looks like a bug.
Does it happen to all of your households?
See if selecting the General tab before selecting another household fixes the issue.

The only issue is that your Tray folder is empty.
Tray Importer is not a mod manager, it works with the Tray folder.

Depending on what you want to do, S4TI can help. But Sims 4 Studio could be of better help.

Create a sim or a household with the clothes you want to remove, don't forget to clear all outfits, then save it in your library.
Open S4TI, select the household and select the CC tab to view the custom contents used.

Hello! Help me pls. When i try delete floor\walls coverings or other in construction mod, my CC list is empty. I use last version Game and Tray Importer.   Previously, this problem did not exist.

This happen, when i update the Sims for the last version. And CC is old (Not created after Cottage Living). I don`t understand why CC list is empty.

I solved my problem. It wasn't about Tray Importer. It's just that my save got bugged. Therefore, it worked crookedly. Thx u for help

By « contents » I mean the library items (household, lot, room).
Whenever the game is updated, the information contained in the files can change, but older ones should still work.

Hi ! your regfix file made it worse, my sims used to show up but not the cc files but now that i downloaded your file nothing shows up  what could i do ?
