Lost CC

Hi, I was wondering. I have Sims from a while back I want to play again, but I've restarted my cc folder. By chance, I have some of the cc required downloaded, but is there a way to find the missing cc file names?

Hello @4eva_er0tica,
If you still have the old Mods folder around, add it to Settings>Custom Folders.
This option is useful for Merged CC, but will also work in your case.
Note: After adding the custom folder you may need to restart S4TI to clear the internal cache,
 

If you no longer have the old mods, you can still extract the ids then ask around.

 

One way to keep track of CC is to use Info>Edit (under used/promoted), you can fill out some useful info (name, author, url, etc...) that will be shown when a CC is missing.
You can even share that list instead of packing CCs in the zip, which make smaller files, see the lookbook option when exporting (Save>>Lookbook).
That list will even be merged in the user own database if imported with S4TI.
One downside is that the user will have to download them one by one , but you'll make the creators happy .
