This is an issue with some antivirus, the workaround is to whitelist the installer.

Hello I don't know what it is whitelist the installer. what exactly should I do ?

Basically you need to open your antivirus and locate the exclusion section and add an exclusion for the installer.

You can google around to find more details about how to whitelist a file in your antivirus.
 

But first, if you have tried to run the installer from the zip file, try to extract it before launching it.

- Right-click on the zip file then select Extract All in the menu.

- Find and open the folder with the same name as the zip file.

- Try to launch the installer.
