Blank White Screen in Sims 4 Tray Importer

When I launch Sims 4 Tray Importer, all I see is a blank white screen. None of my Sims or content from the gallery or library are showing up, and the interface is completely empty. I’ve tried restarting the program, checking for updates, and verifying that my game files are intact, and even re-downloading it and reloading the program, but the issue persists.This seems to happen every time I try to use the Tray Importer. Has anyone else encountered this, or can anyone suggest a solution?
