Tray Importer not finding CC

So one day i was in the tray importer tryna find some conflicts, but then i clicked "find" and it said there were no conflicts, but i was sure there were since my Sims 4 wasn't working well, and so i went to the MC Command center discord server and they told me there was LOTS of conflicts, then i decided to re-install Tray Importer and that also didn't work, so i uninstalled it completely, then i said to myself this day "maybe it works now" so i installed it again, turns out, NOT. so i searched on youtube and i found this video

That also didn't work. I went in the 64 version and the normal one but both don't work, i'm still stuck there and im trying to find out WHY it doesn't find my CC, can anybody help me on this? S4TI just suddenly stopped working just like that from one day to another and i think i'm gonna uninstall it forever
