Can't toggle the Steam option on Tray Importer

I've just downloaded the newest version of tray importer and every time I try to check conflicts and duplicates it takes around 0.2s to run and says it didn't find anything, nor shows any of the cc i have. I'm running it on windows and I have a very big mods folder with some game mods such as more cas columns and stuff that used to show up in the conflicts anyway. My base game is from steam, and I noticed that in the settings window I can't toggle the Steam option. I'm guessing that might be the reason it doenst work but I can't seem to find a way to fix that.
