Tray importer won’t show pictures

when I open my tray importer there is no picture it’s just little black stuff all over it

Hello! I am having the same issue on Mac running:

 

Ventura 13.3.1  (a) with Tray Importer v 1.0.2.0

 

I'm unable to see any thumbnails apart from a tiny frame maybe 2 pixels wide bordering the box. I also cannot right click on the cc files shown in the software, so when I select several files I cannot take any action. 

 

Would you be able to advise on what the issue may be? It seems I can't utilise much of the software but my understanding is that the directory is correct as the files are showing up?

Hi! I have successfully downloaded ts4 tray importer but the pictures wont show up.

@Prettyvalidgames, @beans76 Looks like image masks are broken on Ventura. I'll try to update S4TI when I have more free time.
