Missing Household After Unchecking Modded with Tray Importer

Hi L'Univers Sims forums, I'm having an issue with Tray Importer that I'm hoping someone can help me resolve.

 

I made a household for someone, and I decided to use Tray Importer to send her the files. When I found the household on Tray Importer,  I unchecked the Modded filter because I thought that would make it easier for her to find the household in her library. I extracted the files, zipped them, and emailed the .ZIP file. I thought she would be able to find the household after moving the files to her library, but she doesn't see it in her library. When she told me this, I went to my library and noticed the household was missing for me as well. When I opened Tray Importer, I noticed the date of the household had been changed to 01/01/0001, and that the family size was set to 0 instead of 2 Sims. I believe unchecking the modded filer is the reason that reason neither of us can find the household in our games.

 

Is there anyway to fix this issue? If anyone had an insight int this, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've attached some screenshots for reference.
