tray importer Sims 4 Tray Importer not showing what packs were used

When I try to view the packs an household or build includes, it says its only base game (i know its not) and then if i click on the packs, it gives this error. Happens with all the versions of S4TI that I've tried. It happens with every sim household and build, regardless of if there is cc or not.
