How much CC are you trying to export?

 

The app not responding can be normal if you are trying to export a lot of CC.
Do you have the same issue when opening the CC tab?

Please, I wonder if I got a bug or this app needs an update.

I am using the 1.25.3.6 version from 23 March, 2025.

I built a residential house in Brindleton Bay using the Base Game, Get to Work, My Wedding Horrors, Crystal Creations, and the Secret Sanctuary Kit. The issue I see is that the app lists Get to Work and My Wedding Horrors, but then it lists Outdoor Retreat and NOT DEFINED as the last 2 packs used.

Hello @Redmallie,

The list of pack is prebuilt for performance, but it's pretty much outdated now, that's why you get a NOT DEFINED pack.
I'm still looking for a better way to come around this issue, like allow S4TI to self update the list whenever the game is updated.

S4TI does not see my cc. Previously, when I was playing Sims (in 2021-2023), I actively used S4TI and everything was fine, but a couple of days ago I downloaded Sims 4 again and noticed that S4TI did not see the cc I downloaded, although it is displayed in the game and the path is specified correctly in the settings. I downloaded several versions from different years, and the result is the same everywhere. 
What can I do to make it work? I also tried to remove all mods that change scripts from the mods folder and leave only clothes, but nothing changed.

@ann6363 S4TI works with the Library (Tray folder), you can only view CCs from Sims, Lots and Rooms.

0 item found indicates that your Library is empty.

I am wondering if there were any recent Sims 4 Tray Importer Updates. And I've noticed that whenever I download new hair, that's the one thing that S4TI catches and i have to delete that. Well, except for the latest one because I do love the hair on my sim and I don't want to get rid of it.

But this file is not in the downloads. There is only

Where is version 1.25.8.2?

For this version I only repacked the installer with the missing file, so technically it's the same version.
Only the installer is marked as 1.25.8.2, the app itself remains unchanged as 1.25.8.1.

 

Bumping the version would have required to recompile the app which was impossible and is still not possible due to some ongoing changes.
