Builds not showing up in Tray Importer

So I made a build in the sims just now and I wanted to import it to the tray importer to share it but when I open tray importer it doesn't bring up anything at all. I've used the importer before and it used to bring up my sims, now nothing at all shows. I did recently reinstall it, maybe I have it install incorrectly? Or is there another way to upload the build tray without using tray importer? Thanks in advance!
