I just recently moved my electronic arts folder to an external hard drive because I didn’t have enough storage on my computer. It’s still technically on my laptop (Mac) it’s just been relocated. I tried to use the tray importer for the first time since moving it and I now get a message that pops up that says “this program requires some additional files….” I’ve let the app find the path, I manually put it in myself, and I’ve even reset it to default settings and all options give me the same error message when I try to get the cc files on a household/building. The weird thing is that it’s able to locate the tray files just fine, even the ones I created after moving my folder. How come it’s able to locate the tray files but not the cc files when they’re both located in the electronic arts folder? & how can I fix this issue?
